Efficacy of Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) Vs Physiotherapy in Chronic Lateral Epicondylitis

Background: Several rehabilitative treatments have been proposed for Lateral Elbow Tendinopathy (LET). Results: Both Physiotherapy statistically significant improvement along follow-up pain PRTEE score. No difference found Score Ultrasound confirmed presence abnormalities vascularization, echogenicity, thickness T0, partially reduced Conclusion: resulted both effective LET, offering clinical which helped recovering their functional activities short-term follow-up.
